constitutional lawThis course covers the legal guidelines that govern the creation and operation of presidency institutions within their political, social and financial contexts, particularly the powers and limits on powers of parliaments to make laws under Australia’s federal Structure. Maybe crucial instance is the Universal Declaration of Human Rights below the UN Charter These are meant to make sure basic political, social and financial requirements that a nation state, or intergovernmental body is obliged to supply to its citizens but many do embody its governments.
